The 9th edition of the Regional Victoria Showcase brought together some of the best-known and new exemplars of industry to meet and network with Melbourne business event buyers and meeting planners. The Business Events Victoria(BEV) Regional Showcase was held at W Melbourne and featured 50 exhibitors with Moreton Hire playing a vital role in shaping the event atmosphere and layout. Our contribution included the Moreton Hire ThinkPod, Temp Lounge seating,Ypsilon coffee tables, and Ypsilon Bar Tables — used creatively as exhibitor pods.
This setup encouraged smooth interaction between attendees and exhibitors, while custom regional signposts added a clear visual identity to the space. Moreton Hire’s thoughtful styling helped create a warm, cohesive environment that celebrated community connection. We always enjoy our involvement with Business Events Victoria and were thrilled to be involved with this fantastic event again in 2025.
