How long does venue-wide flooring take to install?

It depends on the span, the system and venue access. Carpet tiles, vinyl timber and artificial grass lay quickly over wide areas. Raised flooring takes longer because the substructure is set before the surface goes down. Once we’ve surveyed the site, we’ll give you a bump-in schedule you can plan the rest of the build around.

Does exhibition flooring need to meet accessibility standards?

Yes. Temporary flooring in a public venue has to meet the relevant Australian standards for commercial applications, including safe transitions and accessible paths of travel. Every system in our range is specified to comply, and we handle ramps and thresholds as part of the design rather than as an afterthought on site.

Can flooring be branded or used for wayfinding?

Digital print tiles carry full-colour artwork, so the floor can do sponsor branding, thematic zones and wayfinding across the venue. Carpet tiles also come in a full colour range, which is often enough to code aisles and separate exhibitor zones from catering without any printing at all.

Do you have sustainable flooring options?

Rewind carpet is designed to be reused across multiple events rather than sent to landfill after a single show. If your event has sustainability commitments or you’re reporting on waste, tell us early and we’ll specify against those targets.
