Moreton Hire's Sydney team recently delivered a custom exhibition stand for long-standing partner Toyota Motor Corporation Australia at the Western Sydney Careers Expo, held at The Dome, Sydney Showground. This latest build is part of a broader national partnership: over the past two years, Moreton Hire has produced and delivered custom stands for Toyota's roadshow at events across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Brisbane, totaling eight deliveries throughout 2025 and 2026.

Moreton Hire proudly partnered with the Australian Institute of Health & Safety to deliver the premier 2026 National Health & Safety Conference & Exhibition, held from June 15–17, 2026 at the Adelaide Convention Centre. As the event’s exhibition solutions provider, Moreton Hire transformed the venue into a dynamic, functional environment that supported seamless learning, networking, and product showcasing.

Moreton Hire partnered with ANZIIF to deliver a polished and cohesive environment for the ANZIIF Business School of Insurance, held on 18 June 2026 at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). As the event supplier, Moreton Hire provided all core infrastructure including custom exhibition stands, branded signage, premium furniture, lighting and power.

The 2026 VMA Asia‑Pacific Venue Industry Congress, held in June 2026 at the Adelaide Convention Centre, saw Moreton Hire once again take a leading role as the event’s primary contractor. Returning to Adelaide was a highlight for our team, proudly delivering two major events at the ACC across the same weekend and reinforcing our commitment to the industry we serve in South Australia.

Hosted at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley in regional New South Wales, the summit united the national transport community for two days of product demonstrations, networking, and industry learning. Moreton Hire managed the full exhibition build, logistics, and onsite delivery, ensuring every exhibitor had a seamless platform to showcase their solutions.

Rotortech 2026 brought Australia’s helicopter, uncrewed flight, and advanced air mobility community together at the RACV Royal Pines Resort, Gold Coast, delivering a uniquely immersive industry experience. As the primary exhibition builder, Moreton Hire played a pivotal role in bringing this hybrid event environment to life.

In 2026, the Direct2Store Expo was hosted at ICC Sydney, where Moreton Hire brought the entire directs and co‑operative retail community together under one roof for two action‑packed days of trading, networking, and discovery. Our team managed the full exhibition build, logistics, and onsite delivery, ensuring every exhibitor and attendee experienced a seamless, professional, and highly functional event space.

Moreton Hire was proud to support Team Defence Australia at DSA 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, delivering a striking and highly functional Australian pavilion that showcased national capability on one of the Indo‑Pacific’s most important defence stages. Held from 20–23 April at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC).

Moreton Hire successfully delivered its largest US project to date with the design and construction of the Australian Pavilion at the Sea‑Air‑Space Expo in Maryland, United States of America. Commissioned by Team Defence Australia (TDA), this year’s pavilion also marked Team Defence Australia's first collaboration with the Australian Submarine Agency (ASA) at an International trade show, working closely with both teams to bring a unified national presence to life.

The Australasian Hospitality & Gaming (AHG) Expo 2026 was held at the iconic Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre in March. Moreton Hire QLD team were thrilled to be involved once again as the primary contractor for the major exhibition and helped bring AHG's vision to life.

A coordinated effort between the Moreton Hire New South Wales and Queensland teams saw us proudly partner with the Australian Coal Preparation Society for an exclusive industry event in the Hunter Valley. This marked our first exhibition at Rydges’ impressive events centre, which proved to be an ideal setting for both delegates and exhibitors.

Moreton Hire Sydney Team were pleased to partner with Superyacht Australia for the return of the Australian Superyacht Conference 2026, debuting in Sydney at Jones Bay Superyacht Marina on Tuesday, 24 February.

Moreton Hire were proud to partner with Fiji Tourism on the Fiji Pavilion at AIME 2026 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in February 2026. Designed as a buzzing networking hub, the pavilion brought together curated pods and welcoming spaces that encouraged connection, conversation and attendee engagement.

In 2026, Moreton Hire once again brought its design expertise to the fore by sponsoring and delivering the exhibitions Charge Up Lounge, one of the event’s most frequented feature areas. With more than two decades of involvement at AIME, this year’s installation reaffirmed our ability to create purposeful spaces that balance functionality, design and attendee wellbeing.

Bold Design. A Stand That Stole the Show. AIME - the Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event - returned to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from 9–11 February 2026, bringing together global exhibitors, buyers, and industry leaders for three days of high‑energy networking and innovation.

The AIRR & Tuckers National Member Conference was once again held on the Gold Coast in February 2026, celebrating 20 years of partnership, featuring 371 supplier and around 900 attendees. The Gold Coast Convention Centre was the backdrop that brought together independent resellers, suppliers, and industry partners from across Australia.

Moreton Hire delivered a polished and cohesive exhibition experience as the primary exhibition contractor for the AAA National Conference 2025 at the GCCEC in December 2025. The team supplied all exhibition shell scheme and flooring, impactful entrance features and registration areas for the business event.

The Australasian Land & Groundwater Association (ALGA) hosted its biennial EcoForum at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. The ALGA EcoForum was a major industry conference held in Brisbane from 28–30 October 2025, and Moreton Hire was the exhibition and event builder that helped bring the event to life.
