The 45th ICMM World Congress on Military Medicine, hosted by the Australian Defence Force, took place at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) from 22 to 27 September 2024. One of the standout features at the exhibition was the custom booth designed and delivered by Moreton Hire for the Ministry of Defence. Moreton Hire’s expertise in transforming exhibition spaces into visually captivating, brand-centric experiences was on full display.
The design featured a striking map illuminated by LED backlighting, setting the tone for a modern and immersive space. Adjacent to the map, a 2 x 1.5-metre LED screen continuously displayed high-quality video footage, drawing the attention of attendees. Raised flooring led seamlessly into soft grey velvet carpet, creating a welcoming environment that encouraged interaction. Custom-branded ottoman stools and a modern touchscreen display further enhanced the space, inviting visitors to actively engage with the brand’s initiatives.
Moreton Hire also managed the stand’s detailed logistics, including transportation, pre-build setup, testing, and coordination with multiple suppliers and stakeholders. This comprehensive approach ensured seamless delivery and exceptional presentation throughout the event.
