The Cruising Yacht Club of Australia (CYCA) partnered with Moreton Hire to deliver a VIP marquee solution for the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race (see gallery), one of the world’s most prestigious offshore yacht races. With signage, furniture, and sponsor branding, the iconic Sydney club was transformed for the event.
Following the race, the structure remained to serve as a Members Club while renovations were underway at its existing site. Moreton Hire designed and installed a 10m x 20m Arcum Marquee, positioned on the club’s prime waterfront location. The temporary structure provided an efficient and cost-effective solution, ensuring CYCA members had a high-quality space to enjoy throughout the renovation period. Moreton Hire provided ongoing servicing and full engineering support throughout the 12-month installation, ensuring the structure remained functional and well-maintained.
