The Brisbane Truck Show is the largest transport and heavy vehicle exhibition in the Southern Hemisphere — and one of Queensland’s most iconic business events. Held biennially at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, the 2025 edition drew tens of thousands of industry professionals, suppliers, and visitors across five days, showcasing the very best in innovation, technology, and design.
As principal contractor, Moreton Hire was proud to once again deliver the full exhibition infrastructure for this milestone event. Spanning all four halls and three levels of the venue, our team managed the end-to-end planning, coordination, and build of over 250 exhibitor spaces — from shell schemes and custom stands to signage, rigging, and feature areas.
Delivered over a two-week bump-in, this complex build was supported by a dedicated team of project managers, coordinators, and installers — backed by more than 18 months of preparation.

A powerhouse crew from Moreton Hire brought HVIA’s primary exhibition build to life, including 2 Account Directors, 1 Account Manager, 2 Account Coordinators, a Lead Project Manager supported by 4 additional Project Managers, 4 Supervisors, and our invaluable CAD Design Team. The 14-day bump in and bump out saw over 55 staff on the ground, with our Project Manager clocking 366,000 steps (274 km).
But our service extends well beyond the team on site. Behind the scenes, our Stock Controllers, Graphic Designers, and Warehouse Crew play a critical role — preparing, coordinating, and dispatching infrastructure with precision and care to proudly deliver our best Brisbane Truck Show yet.
