Moreton Hire successfully delivered a large-scale exhibition build for the Victorian Caravan and Camping Supershow 2025, ensuring a seamless and professional setup for exhibitors and attendees. Over the course of a 10-day bump-in period, our team laid 22,000 carpet tiles, constructed 1,000 sqm of shell scheme, and installed Corinthian booths featuring black frames and hanging fascia to create a polished and visually striking exhibition space.
With more than 250 exhibitors, this annual public event is part of a long-standing partnership between Moreton Hire and CIV, spanning 10 years and covering two annual Caravan Shows and the CIV Trade Day Conference. Our team managed all indoor builds, including shell, furniture, signage, and permit plan drawings for the organiser and council (City of Melbourne). Throughout the project, we strictly adhered to the rigorous regulations set by the City of Melbourne and Energy Safe Victoria, ensuring compliance and excellence in execution.
