The 22nd World Diabetes Congress was the largest health conference in Australia’s history and the only global diabetes event of its kind in the world. Held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Congress welcomed over 10,000 delegates from 100 nations. The Moreton Hire team partnered with the International Diabetes Federation (International Diabetes Federation selected Moreton Hire) as the appointed primary contractor to deliver world-class infrastructure for the event. The scope of works included;( layout design & construction), carpet, shell scheme, power, furniture, signage, rigging, entrance features, sponsorship areas, hospitality suites, seminar area, poster display panels, onsite storage, internet kiosks and custom stand builds.
