Moreton Hire was proud to support the Early Childhood Australia (ECA) National Conference 2024, themed “Realising the Vision: An Integrated Future for the Early Years,” held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) from 17th–20th September. This year Moreton Hire completed the exhibition bump in, in just 2 days.
The exhibition build featured over 130 stands, equipped with fascia signs and additional furniture packages. We designed and constructed an inclusive exhibition space that featured corinthian booths, custom booths and upgrade stands for early childhood education exhibitors and sponsors. With additional spacious networking lounges, and a central conference stage for keynote addresses and panel discussions. The build also included child-friendly seating areas and accessible break zones. Our team delivered a bright and colourful exhibition, created a dynamic and collaborative environment for over 3,000 attendees to celebrate, educate, learn and network.

The organiser stand for Early Childhood Australia (ECA) was designed to function as an information centre, located at the heart of the event. The combination of high custom rigging and custom furniture played a key role in enhancing the stand’s visibility, making it a center focal point within the BCEC hall. Moreton Hire’s meticulous attention to detail and effective project management ensured the stand not only met ECA’s needs but also stood out in the crowded exhibition. With the inclusion of a customer service desk, exhibitors were able to easily access support during bump-in, further reinforcing Moreton Hire’s dedication to delivering seamless, high-quality event solutions.
Signage
Moreton Hire delivered a custom stand upgrade for multiple exhibitors this year. Woolworths this year stood out with their interactive wall, designed to engage attendees by inviting them to colour in blank sections of their colourwall. This creative element not only encouraged interaction but also supported Woolworths engagement strategy during the event. Woolworths enhanced its presence through this unique and fun experience, while also running a competition for a chance to win a hamper filled with items from their expanding stationery and arts & craft range.
