The Brisbane Night Noodle Markets, is an annual event in South Bank, Brisbane.The event boasted an estimated 300,000 people in attendance over a 12 day period held from 24th July – 4th Aug. Moreton Hire were delighted to be back and involved in the festivities. Contracted to provide the main temporary infrastructure, Moreton Hire provided a range of structures to be transformed into temporary kitchens for the stall holders. Our structures were dressed up with custom signage and façade’s to brand the local restaurants with their unique food offerings and pricing. To complete the make-shift restaurants, flooring was provided and custom signage in the form of printed gables and full 3m structures for the finishing touches! Restaurant owners need only bring their equipment and they have a fully functioning kitchen built parallel to the Brisbane River.
Furniture for the general public was also supplied to ensure the 300,000+ guests would have somewhere to comfortably sit, eat and socialise with friends and vendors.
