AIME – Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event,  is the premier exhibition for the business events industry in the Asia-Pacific region and took place from February 10th – 12th 2025, at the MCEC – The Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Organised by Talk2 Media & Events, the show brings together global exhibitors, buyers, and industry professionals, AIME provided a dynamic platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and business development. As one of the longest-running events of its kind, AIME continues to set the benchmark for innovation and collaboration in the business events sector.

Moreton Hire has attended AIME for over 20 years, and in 2025 sponsored and delivered the ‘Charge Up’ Lounge and Cafe area. The feature area was designed as an interactive space where attendees could recharge both their devices and themselves while networking in a comfortable environment. Thoughtfully created with both functionality and practicality in mind, the Charge Up Lounge seamlessly blended technology with hospitality. The feature walls were built from Moreton Hire’s sustainable Uniwall system, and custom cladded signage enclosed the area, creating an intimate yet open space for exhibitors and staff alike. The walling structure concealed the catering kitchen to enhance a seamless café atmosphere. The bold visual branding was paired with Moreton Hire’s newest product offerings including; Charging Table Packages, Volt Package, LED Poster Boards, Re-upholstered Zara ottomans, custom signage, and LED multimedia displays.
