The 2024 Greencross Vets Clinical Symposium is a flagship event in veterinary research, held annually to unite veterinarians, nurses, and business professionals from across Australia. The 2024 symposium took place from October 19th – 24th, at the Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast, QLD. With over 100 sessions, interactive workshops, pet-friendly zones, and masterclasses, the symposium provided valuable professional development and featured a dynamic setup of more than 60 exhibition booths. The event also hosted by the Petbarn National Retail Conference, which took up most of the booths, highlighting its role in uniting key players in retail and veterinary industries under one roof.
Moreton Hire was thrilled to collaborate with Greencross Vets in an exciting new partnership to bring this high-calibre event to life. For the 2024 Symposium, Moreton Hire showcased its expertise by constructing 60 syma system booths both in the Royal Pines foyer and within the brand-new Moreton Hire semi-permanent structure that the venue has erected to increase its capacity. The marquee structure was purpose-built at Royal Pines to provided a spacious, professional setting for large trade exhibitions and networking zones, seamlessly integrated within the resorts landscape.

Moreton Hire was proud to partner with the Royal Pines Resort to deliver a custom-built 20x30m semi-permanent marquee. The structure is equipped with integrated electric doors, full AV systems and HVAC system. This extra space enhanced the 2024 Greencross Vets Clinical Symposium experience by providing a more air-conditioned and well-lit environment for exhibitors.
