For a decade, from 2009 to 2019, Moreton Hire served as the primary contractor and exhibition builder for Fine Foods Australia, the leading trade event for the food industry. Known as the heartbeat of the food trade industry, Fine Food Australia unites the food trade like no other Australian show. In 2019, held from September 9th to 12th at the ICC Sydney, the expo featured over 1,000 exhibitors and hundreds of activations, taking over both levels 2 and 4 of Sydney’s International Convention Centre.

As the largest food exhibition in the Southern Hemisphere, it hosted approximately 23,000 attendees and nearly 1,000 exhibiting companies from across the country. The Moreton Hire team was thrilled to be contracted again, providing all shell schemes, carpet, and electrical requirements, as well as supporting exhibitors with signage, AV, custom stands, and furniture. During the bump-in, 20,000 sqm of individual coloured carpet tiles were laid throughout the ICC, and over 4,500 sqm of shell schemes were built—enough to cover the entire MCG oval! We have continued to build clients’ stands at this show for the past five years.

Experience is Everything.
