Favourite Country Weddings
Who doesn’t love a good Australian country wedding? They are a favourite here at Moreton Hire and we have been lucky enough to be a part of some incredible ones over the years. Let’s take a look at some of our favourites from this past year!
Queensland Wedding Perfection
Set in the beautiful green landscape of Warwick in Queensland, our Maxiflex Arcum looked elegant and sophisticated inside and out. The addition of clear glass walls and a balcony, meant guests were able to enjoy the country views from all angles
Flowers
To complement the outdoor country views, the team at Kate Dawes Flower Design brought a bit of the country, inside, with some unique, Australian-inspired floral arrangements. The flower arrangements were rigged in two long center points of the marquee to create some decor in the roof.
Lighting
When you think you have enough lighting – double it. As with most weddings, the roof of fairy lights is popular because they are absolutely magical. However, it’s very common to underestimate the length of fairy lights required to cover a marquee rooftop. Moreton Hire fit-out this marquee with roof fairy lights, as well as some feature chandeliers down the middle, as well as lighting around the stage to help speakers read their speeches! With the level of lighting, it’s important to have some electricians around to consider your power usage. Don’t worry, Moreton Hire events have electricians in-house to support with this technical requirements!
Tables, Chairs & Decorations
The tables were adorned with crisp white linen by none other than our partner Covered Linen, giving a fresh spring wedding feel, while our Bentwood chairs in Walnut along with our vinyl flooring added a rustic touch. As the sun set over the hills of Warwick, fairy lights twinkled on the roof, and guests were able to party (boot skootin’ country-style) into the early hours of the morning.
