The ALGA EcoForum was a major industry conference held in Brisbane from 28–30 October 2025, and Moreton Hire was the exhibition and event builder that helped bring the event to life.
The Australasian Land & Groundwater Association (ALGA) hosted its biennial EcoForum at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. The 2025 theme was “From Contamination to Restoration: Protect, Sustain, Thrive”, reflecting the focus on environmental remediation and sustainability. The event attracted over 850 delegates and featured more than 200 speakers across plenary sessions, panels, workshops, training, pitch presentations, and poster displays. Networking was a key highlight, with a sold-out conference dinner welcoming 500 delegates, alongside an Emerging Professionals Lounge designed to support the next generation of environmental specialists.
Moreton Hire played a central role in building and managing the exhibition environment. With 44 exhibitors and multiple sponsors, the conference required a professional and flexible setup to showcase cutting-edge solutions in land and groundwater management. Moreton Hire’s expertise in exhibition booths, signage, and event logistics ensured that the EcoForum had the polished feel of a premier industry gathering, enabling exhibitors and delegates to connect effectively.
By supporting ALGA in staging EcoForum, Moreton Hire helped create a dynamic platform where industry leaders, researchers, and practitioners could share knowledge, celebrate achievements, and strengthen collaboration across the environmental sector.
