The Australian Airports Association (AAA) was the national voice representing the interests of more than 340 airports and aerodromes across Australia—from local community landing strips to major international gateway airports. Moreton Hire was engaged by the AAA as the primary exhibition builder for its latest event—the 2025 Australian Airports Association (AAA) biennial Pavements and Lighting Forum, which was held at the brand-new Western Sydney Conference Centre. The event took place from Wednesday 7th to Friday 9th May, with Moreton Hire providing exhibition shell schemes, furniture, equipment, AV and lighting hire for the occasion.
The AAA Pavements and Lighting Forum was an integral part of the AAA’s commitment to delivering comprehensive technical training for the aviation industry. This year’s Forum featured a dedicated exhibition area and increased opportunities for networking between sessions. With its ever-growing popularity, the Forum attracted more than 180 representatives from regional and major airports to this specialised event.
