Held biennially, the largest ever Pacific 2019 was held from the 8th-10th of October at Sydney’s International Convention Centre (ICC), taking over four exhibitions halls and hosting over 21,241 attendees.

Moreton Hire were contracted to deliver shell scheme build, organiser feature areas, signage, exhibitor relations and custom stand builds. Our team built approximately 1400sqm of Syma shell scheme, 50 exhibitor pods, an association pod pavilion and 5 custom stands to host over 657 exhibiting companies – on a tight schedule! Our new Uniwall system was utilised for this extensive build when building the VIP feature areas and Expo Café, leading to a fast and efficient build!
Organiser Feature Areas were a significant part of the Pacific 2019 build, including, executive/VIP lounge, delegation lounge navy meeting rooms, expo cafes, dining areas for conference delegates, main registration area, conference information booths and security walling throughout the venue.
A record amount of signage was installed for this event with Moreton Hire taking care of all organiser event branding including 500 organiser signs, approximately 270 fascia signs, and an additional 160 signage items prepared for individual exhibitors. This signage included, rigged banners, fabric reframe banners, specialised rigged signage (aluminium tube frames), large format led/lightbox signs for the feature areas, directional signage, sponsor infills and window decals.
