Setup and installation services include the delivery, assembly, and dismantling of hired equipment. Specific details and costs will be provided based on the scope of the event.

Additional charges may include delivery fees, late return fees, cleaning fees, damage charges, and any costs incurred due to changes made after the booking is confirmed.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Please refer to your invoice for further details.

In the unlikely event that your stand gets damaged, our onsite team will assess the situation and make necessary repairs to ensure minimal disruption to your exhibition. We also recommend that exhibitors have insurance coverage for added protection.

Damage Waiver provides the hirer with cover for accidental damage to hire stock up to a value of $50k whilst the goods are in their possession.

To extend the hire period, you must contact Moreton Hire in advance. Approval is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
