It’s been a busy start to 2022, with the team bumping in two10m wide x 15m long A-frame Uniflex marquees at the Griffith University Hospital at the Gold Coast. Installed in front of the Emergency Department (ED) as long-term hire triage marquees to help the medical response teams process and triage COVID-19 positive patients.
The marquees have been weighted to avoid damage to the carpark and have been installed with solid walls, glass doors, timber floors with vinyl overlay and ramps at the entrances and exits. One of the 10×15 marquees has a 3m x 9m Multiflex marquee (without walls) attached to its DDA compliant ramped entrance to provide a covered walkway. The internal fit-out includes HVAC, power, lighting, temporary walling, furniture, and fire extinguishers. We also organised the installation of temporary toilet facilities.
