Flight Centre’s World Travel Expo has kicked off and Topdeck Travel, are exhibiting at all the shows Australia-wide. The Flight Centre Travel Expo is a multi-venue nationwide road show that takes place three times a year with Travel Expo, Discover America & World Travel & Cruise over Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra. We have been helping our clients Topdeck with promoting their exclusive offers at these events since 2015.
Exhibiting in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra, the Moreton Hire team organised all logistics for their custom stand build. This custom stand was designed back in 2017 with WOW factor that gives the youthful, exciting brand a platform to promote current offers and drive sales at each Travel Expo event. The Moreton Hire Customs Stands team are contracted to organise all electrical, flooring, refurbishments, servicing, shipping and labour hire for the stand build.
The stand was designed for free-flowing traffic to allow all Topdeck brand ambassadors to chat with potential clients and travellers. To assist in driving sales the stand design features areas to hold maximum collateral material as possible for distribution throughout the event. The design was carried out in three separate stand builds, varying in size to fit 6m x 6m, 6m x 3m, and 3m x 3m spaces, allowing Topdeck to consistently exhibit across Australia throughout the whole roadshow.
Topdeck exhibit consistently throughout the year for World Travel Expo including Cruise, Discover America and Travel Expo and all three custom stands being managed by Moreton Hire. Roadshows have a reputation for tight deadlines and complex bump in and shipping times.
