PwC proudly promotes their passion to reimagine what’s possible for their clients, every day, and last week they demonstrated this firm objective applies to their teams as well. As first announced in the AFR, PwC have introduced a new training program – Digital Accelerators – which has been designed to upskill their staff on digital tools. The program is the first of its kind among the big four consulting firms in Australia.
PwC approached Moreton Hire to build a Tech Expo in the iconic Endeavour Pavilion at the Sydney Maritime Museum. The Tech Expo allowed their internal teams to explore digital tools available to them across the firm. From machine learning tax automation tools to off-the-shelf solutions such as Tableau, Alteryx and PowerBI.
PwC differentiates themselves in the market as a united firm, known in their current marketing campaign as the “Together Effect”. The together effect highlights to value clients can get by leveraging all the different skillsets across the PwC business to solve complex problems in society.
The Tech Expo was a great example of PwC putting the together effect in action. It was an expo organised by PwC, for PwC. Exhibitors were internal subject-matter-experts who demonstrated their skills and tools. From data scientists in tax, to an Alteryx specialist in assurance and software developers from technology consulting. The room was ignited with energic digitally-savvy colleagues who were excited to explore what new and how they can work together to solve complex problems for clients.
To mimic the digitisation of their “home”, PwC opted for Moreton Hire’s Summit exhibition booths. The easily installed shell scheme allowed the team to bump-in in only 2 hours.

Moreton Hire signage and graphic design services were included within the service offering, saving time for our time-poor clients. Signage included an illuminated fascia for the cocktail bar, booth signage, pull up banners and LED digital banners.
