The MEA ‘Meetings & Events Australia’ was delighted to hold EVOLVE 2019 from 31st March – 2nd April at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. MEA is the largest and oldest association for event professionals in Australia, dedicated to representing the broader events sector, featuring over 229,000 professionals who stage, produce, manage, support and supply the 480,000+ events held nationally each year. This years industry conference was once again an extremely successful three-day event bringing together, suppliers, clients and venues within the Meetings and Events industry in Australia!
Moreton Hire were thrilled to support MEA who has been such a long-standing client in our business. We delivered the exhibition build for the conference, fitted with all new Moreton Hire exhibition shell schemes featuring back-lit fascia’s. We were proud to be a sponsored exhibitor at this years show, We are already looking forward to the conference in 2020, to be held in Hunter Valley.

EVOLVE2019 was spread across the river city, Brisbane, with a host of different events including a spectacular night at the new Howard Smith Wharves precinct. The outdoor terrace area at BCEC was fitted out with Moreton Hire’s 2019 new furniture range. Featuring gold studio stool and white wishbone chairs under our white outdoor umbrellas, this entertaining area was a highlight of the conference as a fabulous breakout zone for attendees during the breaks. Perfect Queensland weather during the event topped this terrace area off.
We are already looking forward to the conference in 2020, just recently announced to be held in Hunter Valley. Congratulations to MEA, BCEC and the delivery and project management team at Moreton Hire for pulling EVOLVE 2019 together.
