The 45th ICMM World Congress on Military Medicine, hosted by the Australian Defence Force, took place at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) from 22-27 September 2024. This event highlighted the global role of military health, showcasing advancements in humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, and medical research. Moreton Hire constructed 60 Syma booths, each featuring custom ICMM-branded fascia signs and participating exhibitor business names. These booths created a cohesive and professional space for exhibitors, enhancing visibility and interaction. One of the standout features of the exhibition was the custom booth created for the Ministry of Defence. Moreton Hire’s expertise in transforming exhibition spaces into visually captivating, brand-centric experiences was on full display here. The booth included high tech innovation and influence, serving as a focal point for business and discussions around global health initiatives.
The design included a striking UAE map illuminated by an LED backlight, which set the tone for a modernistic and immersive space. Adjacent to this, a 2 x 1.5-meter LED screen continuously showcased high-quality video footage, drawing attention from attendees. The raised flooring led seamlessly into a soft, grey velvet carpet, creating a welcoming environment that encouraged interaction. Furnished with custom-branded ottoman stools and fitted with a modern touchscreen display, the booth offered a unique user experience that invited active engagement with the Ministry’s initiatives.
