The annual Asia Pacific Fuel Industry (APFI) Forum, was held from September 23rd-25th, 2024, at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Themed “Fuel and Convenience Evolution at Speed,” the forum brought together key industry leaders and innovators to discuss the future of low-carbon mobility and convenience retailing. This year’s event was a convergence of knowledge sharing and showcasing cutting edge innovations designed to transform the fuel and convenience sectors. Moreton Hire was entrusted with delivering the exhibition build, which included exhibition flooring, walling, furniture, AV, lighting, signage and equipment hire.

The APFI Forum 2024 attracted between 300 and 350 delegates, including small to medium business owners, senior executives, and pioneers in the fuel and convenience sectors. Moreton Hire designed an exhibition space to accommodate the 80 exhibitors and 20 major sponsors. The design prioritised clear navigation, offering delegates an immersive journey through each exhibitor’s space. Each booth’s fascia included both APFI and personal business branding, ensuring that the identity of each sponsor was front and center. Moreton Hire supplied furniture packages, designated networking zones and registration areas for the exhibition. Providing comfortable, collaborative spaces for delegates to engage in meaningful conversations.
