About the Opportunity

Working within the operations team, this is an exciting opportunity to work in the events and exhibitions industry. This role is required to manage and oversee all facets of warehouse, stock and labour needs for installations, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with client and company expectations.  We are looking for people who have high standards and can deliver operational excellence through the efficient management of stock, people and processes.

Role Responsibilities

  • Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services.
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected.
  • Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided Working with Project Managers, Account Managers, owners and others to ensure that goals are met.
  • Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions.
  • Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders.
  • Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation’s activities.

About You

  • High levels of self-motivation and commitment.
  • Strong ability to multi-task with a passion for Project Administration, planning and attention to detail as well as and interest to work in events & exhibitions.
  • The ability to motivate, mentor and coach crews.
  • Previous project administration experience in events and exhibitions industry within a supplier environment.
  • Strong systems, troubleshooting and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism HR & Forklift license an advantage.
