Our Victorian branch are searching for a driven, energetic, commercial astute, proven performer ready to lead, manage and develop our electrical area onto a strong path and robust future.

Working alongside the Senior Management, Sales Manager and Project Managers, you will be required to manage and oversee all facets of electrical operations. Ensuring all projects are completed safely, within all state regulations & code, to Australian Electrical Standards. On time, within budget and in accordance with client and company expectations.


  • Well developed communication through many channels.
  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skillset.
  • Functional time management and organisational abilities.
  • Manage all test and tag requirements as per OH&S legislation
  • Manage and schedule all electrical site work including field work for larger projects.
  • Planning and forecasting of all labour & electrical stock requirements
  • Liase with internal and external clients to ensure all electrical requirements are met.
  • Strong hands-on experience and management style that drives change and stability.
  • Network of commercial electrical supplies and contractors
  • Able to work some weekends and evening shifts as required from time to time.
  • Committed and able to see things through from start to finish.
  • Ability to manage workload for self and others whilst meeting required budgets.
  • Mid-level Microsoft Suite & Computer competency


  • Proven industry experience in a commercial or industry related electrical role.
  • Substantial experience in an environment with inventory, warehousing, logistics and complex operational requirements.
  • Qualified A-class electrician with over 5-years’ experience.


  • Forklift license //MR license // EWP // Electrical Test and Tag Certificate
