The Independent Hardware Group (IHG) National Expo is held annually, with the 2019 expo held in Adelaide, South Australia for the second year running. 2019 marked the IHG 60th birthday celebration and featured over 200 exhibitors and 206 3m x 3m SYMA Booths, their biggest exhibition yet. Moreton Hire is proud to have partnered with IHG for the past 10 years and delivered on their unique exhibition and conferencing event requirements.

Moreton Hire provided over 27 core organiser elements to produce the 2019 Expo. This included multiple branding features including signage in the foyer and entrance feature, external venue signage 3D letters, vinyl flooring, rigged banners, freestanding fabric banners, and pallet features.
Moreton Hire also arranged the logistics, the IHG members lounge, marketing, an IT support area, furniture, AV Solutions, Two Helpful Hub areas, trade walls & rigged LED screens. Mini booth displays and the Independence Café lounge were also organised inside the hall and foyers.
IHG held a Gala Dinner celebration in which Moreton Hire were responsible for award plinths, foyer pillar wraps, and gala dinner pillar wraps.
Moreton Hire are committed to sustainable development through our diverse operations. As the exhibitions industry is getting larger and larger every year, we encourage organisers and exhibitors to contribute positively to the environment. The Independent Hardware Group chose to incorporate a range of directional signage made from X-Board, a biodegradable substrate made from recycled paper!

After our second year in Adelaide with the Moreton Hire “A team” as our “end to end” partner in delivering the IHG EXPO for 2019 – they once again showed “how experience really is everything”.
As we move back to the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre for the IHG EXPO for 2020 (which will mark our 10th year in partnership with the Moreton Hire team) we are looking forward to once again working with the Moreton Hire “A team” on delivering yet another successful event.
